About HIA Technologies, Inc.
Today's patient journey through the healthcare maze is choppy at best with starts, stops, and unexpected turns, and almost always with the smallest amount of information at their disposal. Physician experience is not gratifying either with never-enough bandwidth and resources to engage fully with their patients.
Telemedicine is a partial cure for efficiency, but it doesn't address the crucial need for personalized, continuous, and proactive communication between the physician and the patient.
HIA is here to address precisely this shortcoming of the system by expanding providers' availability, reach, and personal touch with their patients 24/7. We help them teach their digital agents how to conduct some of their routine conversations with patients in a sophisticated, empathetic fashion and let those agents take over those tasks.
HIA's products are currently in use by private and group practices, hospitals, and pharma companies where digital humans perform intake, education, and monitoring functions.
